I am a Swiss director and editor working for national and international corporate and advertising clients.

I have cut my teeth working as a freelance camera-director and editor on investigative formats for Al Jazeera English in the UK and Asia and the Swiss pubcaster SRF. Now and then I direct feature documentaries. My latest documentary “The Beast Within” was nominated for the Swiss Film Prize.

I mostly direct and edit commercials, corporate and online films but also enjoy working as a one-man band. Handling the camera, directing and editing myself is a lean and cost-effective approach when budgets and turnaround times are tight. One-man band gigs make for a nice change to my other assignments as I like being involved from inception to completion.

I am proficient in English and German, active in French and with passive language skills in Italian and Spanish. 

In my spare time I enjoy cooking hearty meals, fooling around with my kids or just being idle, watching the clouds drifting by.
